Hier schlage ich jedoch ein komplett vegetarisches Rezept vor, das genauso lecker ist. <\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr dieses <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aziendabiologicalesca.it\/catalog\/product_info.php?cPath=23&amp;products_id=37\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Risotto ist Bio-Carnaroli-Reis<\/a> ideal, aber da es auf den Geschmack ankommt, kann auch Vialone nano oder Arborio verwendet werden. Als Br\u00fche, rein pflanzlich und hei\u00df, wird etwa das 3-fache des Gewichts des Reises ben\u00f6tigt.<\/p>\n<p>Safran ist ein altes Gew\u00fcrz mit goldenen Farbt\u00f6nen, die die Reisk\u00f6rner f\u00e4rben. Ich verwende den in Stempeln (Stigmen), der wertvoller ist als der in Beuteln, nachdem ich ihn ziehen gelassen habe.
