Recuerda tapar la olla con una tapa. Una vez que los puerros est\u00e9n mustios, bate hasta que quede suave.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras tanto, habr\u00e1s cocido la pasta en agua con sal.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora prepara el azafr\u00e1n: coloca los pistilos de azafr\u00e1n en una hoja de papel de horno doblada por la mitad y ponlos sobre una cazuela con agua hirviendo durante unos tres minutos para tostarlos. Luego d\u00e9jalas en infusi\u00f3n en una taza con un poco de agua de cocci\u00f3n de la pasta durante unos 10 minutos. Este proceso permitir\u00e1 que los pistilos de azafr\u00e1n liberen su color y sabor, ti\u00f1endo la pasta de un amarillo brillante.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora mezcla la crema de puerro con el azafr\u00e1n en un cazo donde a\u00f1adir\u00e1s la pasta una vez est\u00e9 lista y escurrida.
