Hand-cultivated saffron
Our goal is to offer consumers healthy saffron, obtained without herbicides and pesticides, following ecological practices. We use machines only for soil preparation; all other steps, from planting the bulbs to harvesting the saffron, are done completely by hand to ensure the highest quality and respect for the environment.

The favorable climate and rich soil are essential elements that contribute to the quality of our saffron. In this corner of paradise, we can practice agriculture in a sustainable way, respecting the natural cycle of the seasons. Every year, we look forward to the flowering of our bulbs, a moment that marks the beginning of a new production cycle and fills us with joy.
Working in this context allows us to have a deep connection with the land and the rhythms of nature. Each harvest is an opportunity to celebrate our connection to this wonderful land and to share with you the fruit of our efforts. We are proud to be able to offer saffron that not only enriches your tables, but also brings with it the history and beauty of the Ticino Valley Lombard Park.

How to use saffron in cooking
To make the best use of it, it is advisable to let it steep in a hot liquid, such as broth or water, before adding it to preparations. In this way, all its aromatic qualities are released, making each dish an extraordinary culinary experience.
